Mozart's "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" is filmed in the wonderful setting of the baroque Castle Rammenau. Performing the music is the renowned Gewandhaus Quartet.
Founded almost 200 years ago, it is the oldest, uninterrupted existing string quartet in the world. For their excellent performance of Beethoven’s string quartets they were awarded a prize by the German Record Critics in 2004. |
